Food Vendor Application

GUIDELINES

  1. Deadline to submit applications is Friday, May 31, 2024.
  2. Selected vendors will be notified by e-mail and direct mail no later than June 30, 2024.
  3. Vendors must submit a photo of their food station with their application.
  4. Vendors must submit current proof of ($100,000.00) liability insurance with their application.
  5. Vendors must submit current proof of inspection from your state Health Department.
  6. Vendors are required to pay a non-refundable $1,000.00 reservation fee if selected. Vendors will be contacted by e-mail and direct mail for instructions on payment submission to secure a vendor spot.
  7. Setup may begin after 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 24, 2024Do not set up until you have checked in with a representative from the Tribal Events Department.
  8. Two (2) vendor passes will be issued to each vendor and must be visible to the gate attendant for entrance onto the grounds. After you have unloaded, you will need to park your vehicle in the vendor parking area only.
    • Extra cars will not be allowed to remain on the festival grounds.
    • You cannot drive your vehicle in or out once the festival begins.
  9. Each vendor will be provided with 50 amps of electricity. Any vendor caught altering the pedestals will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund. There will be NO exceptions.
  10. Please bring a generator if you need additional power.
  11. Food vendors are allowed to park ONE RV/TRAILER behind their vendor spot. All other vehicles are required to park in the designated vendor parking. This is to keep the vendor area from becoming congested and blocking emergency vehicles.
  12. Water hookups are provided but vendors will be responsible for providing their own hoses.
  13. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their vendor area during and after the festival. Please provide heavy-duty trash bags to assist with keeping the area clean.
  14. Ice is available for purchase throughout the festival.

SET UP

  1. Electric & water hook-ups: please park the vendor trailer, so the hook-ups are in the middle of your trailer.
  2. Each trailer will be allotted 30 feet of space for your vendor trailer. (15 feet to the north and 15 feet to the south of the hook-up.) If your vendor trailer does not fit in the space allowed, please do not apply.
  3. Vendor trailers must be set up in front of the utility hook-up, and the east side of the trailer must be at the edge of the paved area.
  4. Vendors are permitted to park one RV/Trailer directly behind their trailer. The space provided is approximately 30 feet wide x 35 feet long. If your trailer RV/Trailer does not fit in this space, vendor is responsible for making alternate arrangements.
